Full on, right? Yes, but this is where the world is headed. You’ve stepped up once and have taken your place in Again Again’s system for positive change on single-use cups (SUCs). You are showing your leadership stripes when it comes to waste in the coffee industry. Why not go the whole way?

For many of you, your passion and drive has translated into great customer adoption, an admirable impact on cup waste, and big savings on the single-use cups that you no longer have to buy. But real change will come when there is no bad option to choose.

Just get rid of them.

Step One:

Tell us…

We’ll be so proud. Like Mother ducks.

We’ll help you work out what sized Again Again fleet you might need to support this new workflow.

Once you go live, we’ll also use our social channels to tell the world!

Step Two:

…and top up on fleet

We’ll already be on working out how much more fleet you will need. It is a bit of a how-long-is-a-piece of string question, but we have had some experience. Remember that your investment in more fleet will be totally returned in the deposits that your customers will pay.

If you have a direct debit authorisation set up with us, we may be able to spread the extra payments out over a period of time. Just ask.

Step THREE:

Stop ordering disposables!

Yep - It’s that easy!

Don’t buy any more. But if you have branded sleeves or can’t give them away elsewhere, don’t throw them out. They became landfill when they were produced, but you throwing them out now is actually more wasteful then using up your stock.

Big news! We’re totally committed and we are going to #ditchthedisposables.

From today, we are not giving you the option to have your coffee fix in a disposable cup. That’s right - no more single-use cups. It’s over baby.

Don’t fret though - you still have three great options… sit, borrow or BYO.

We have launched the @againagainco cup share system. If you haven’t made plans, you can borrow an Again Again cup for $4, and this is fully refunded when you bring it back - to us, or to any other cafe in this nationwide network.

Disposable cups, even the compostable ones, almost all end up in the landfill where they breakdown and produce methane. It’s madness that we use these things for such a short period of time and then just ditch them - something has to change!

We hope you join the movement to be waste-free! Be the change. BYO cup, borrow one of ours, or sit in and chill out.

That’s right! From today we wont be offering you disposable cups at all, but don’t fret - you still get all the convenience you have had in the past from disposable cups when you borrow an @againagainco cup from us. These reusable cups won’t even cost you anything provided you return them! We charge you a small deposit (just $4) and will refund it when you bring it back. Actually, hundreds of cafes around the country will refund it - you just need to get it back to the network, not even us! How easy is that.
