Custom branded containers

Custom branding is the process of adding customised logos, that may include text, to ‘stock’ containers. 

Stainless steel containers

We have chosen Returnr as the containers for our own shared fleet, as we feel these are the best in market and most fit-for-purpose for commercial, shared applications. Your organisation can source containers from anywhere, but we would strongly encourage you to consider this Returnr fleet for the same reasons.

If you choose to brand these, they may not be accepted throughout Again Again’s system, but they will be specific to your location/s.

This custom branding info is applicable to the following premium container types offered in the Again Again marketplace:

• Premium cups

• Premium hot food bowl

• Premium sushi tray

Costings

Custom branding is cost-effective from a minimum container order value of $5,000 AUD (excluding the value of artwork and freight).
Indicative pricing is as follows. This is not binding, and will be quoted formally on request, directly from Returnr.

• Pad printing: AUD$0.40c - $1.20 +20c per extra colour

• Standard laser etch: AUD$0.30c

• Carbon laser etch: AUD$0.98c

• Base etch: AU$0.60

Minimum artwork fee of $300 AUD applies to all custom branding orders.

Considerations

Budget

• Durability (pad print may look ‘nicer’ initially but it will not last as long as laser etching. 

• Timeline (custom branded orders take 8-12 working weeks to deliver - from logo sign-off and pre-payment in full). 

• Maximum dimensions of logo: 

  • Etching 

    • Cup 32mm (W) X 20mm (H)

    • Bowl 36mm (W) X 20mm (H)

  • Pad Print 

    • All products 50mm (W) X 19mm (H)

Polypropylene Containers

Life cycle analyses (LCAs) have shown that plastics are a solid choice with respect to emissions. If you are going to choose a polymer, ensure it is a single-polymer (#5) to that it has genuine end of life options. All ‘ecoplastics’ that mix an organic material (bamboo, sugar cane, coffee grounds), render both materials non-recyclable unless it is returned directly to the producer that has made it, and studies show that the return rates for such systems are very (very) poor. Remember that plastic in itself is not evil, it is how it is used that is.

Again, in our opinion, Returnr also sells the best in class polymer containers.

This range is limited to a 355ml cup and a nesting 1000ml bowl, pictured.
